A highly accomplished General Practitioner with over 15 years of clinical experience within the United Kingdom's healthcare system and internationally.
Holding a Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Dermatology from Queen Mary University of London and advanced qualifications in aesthetic medicine, Dr. Prabhakar has developed extensive expertise in dermatology, skin health, and non-surgical aesthetic procedures. Her specialist training encompasses advanced injectable therapies, including Botulinum Toxin (Botox®) and Dermal Fillers, enabling her to provide safe, evidence-based treatments that achieve refined, natural-looking results.
Alongside her aesthetic practice, Dr. Prabhakar has served as a General Practitioner for many years, managing a diverse range of acute and chronic medical conditions while maintaining the highest standards of clinical governance, patient safety, and professional integrity. Anti-Wrinkle Treatment Aftercare
To achieve the best possible results from your anti-wrinkle treatment, please follow the aftercare advice below:
Immediately After Treatment
- ✓ Remain upright for at least 4 hours following treatment.
- ✓ Avoid touching, rubbing, or massaging the treated areas for 24 hours.
- ✓ Refrain from strenuous exercise for 24 hours.
- ✓ Avoid excessive heat exposure for 24–48 hours.
- ✓ Avoid alcohol consumption for 24 hours where possible.
- ✓ Do not have facials, facial massages, or skin treatments for at least 2 weeks.
What to Expect
- • Mild redness, swelling, tenderness, or small bumps may occur.
- • Occasional bruising may occur and can take several days to resolve.
- • Results may begin within 3–5 days, with full results in 10–14 days.
Review Appointment
A complimentary review appointment is available 2 weeks after treatment to assess your results.

Dermal Filler Aftercare
Following your dermal filler treatment, proper aftercare will help minimise swelling and ensure the best possible results.
Immediately After Treatment
- ✓ Avoid touching, rubbing, or applying pressure for 24 hours.
- ✓ Avoid strenuous exercise for 24–48 hours.
- ✓ Avoid alcohol consumption for 24 hours.
- ✓ Avoid saunas, steam rooms, hot tubs, and sunbeds for 48 hours.
- ✓ Avoid facials, massage, and skin treatments for 2 weeks.
- ✓ Do not apply makeup for at least 12 hours where possible.
Managing Swelling & Bruising
- • Mild swelling, redness, tenderness, and bruising are normal.
- • Apply a cool compress gently if needed.
- • Keep hydrated and avoid excessive salt for 24–48 hours.
- • Sleep with your head slightly elevated on the first night if possible.
What to Expect
- • Results are visible immediately, although swelling may affect the final look.
- • Most swelling settles within a few days.
- • Final results are usually visible after 2 weeks.
- • Fillers typically last between 6–12 months.
